Terms and Conditions of Service

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ready AI Automation Marketing (RAAM). These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our AI Marketing Automation services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Services.
2. Services Provided
RAAM provides AI-driven marketing automation solutions designed to enhance and streamline your business’s marketing efforts. Our Services include, but are not limited to, AI-powered content generation, social media automation, email marketing automation, SEO optimisation, and custom AI solutions tailored to your business needs.
2.1 Service Refunds:
We are confident in the quality of our work. A full refund will be provided if you are not happy with the service we have provided (except for our Monthly in-house servicing unless we agree otherwise). If you change your mind mid-project, we will invoice the hours dedicated to your project before termination. Our hourly rate ranges from $150-$700 depending on the our service agreement with you.
3. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Australian law. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of RAAM’s Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as requested by us.
- Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in Australia.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
- Refrain from engaging in any conduct that could disrupt or harm the operation of the Services or the experience of other users.
5. Payment and Pricing
Full payment is required before the commencement of any project, to be made to the nominated account. The pricing provided in our proposal is an estimate based on the initial discovery call. Prices are subject to change depending on your business’s system environment and setup unless you are subscribed to a monthly servicing package.
6. Monthly In-house Servicing
While RAAM provides priority services under our monthly servicing package, we reserve the right to refuse service in cases of excessive or unreasonable requests. We will respond to all correspondence within 48 hours. RAAM retains the right to determine the project management approach for each system build and will communicate the estimated timeframe and project timeline accordingly.Our monthly service is non-refundable. Should you choose to cancel, your service will continue until the end of the month. However, you or we believe we have provided poor service to you, we will happily refund your service fee.
7. Change in Project Scope
Any new changes in the project scope will require a revised quotation before the commencement of those changes, unless you are subscribed to our monthly servicing package, which may include certain changes within the existing scope.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, and trademarks, are owned by RAAM or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.
9. Data Privacy and Security
RAAM is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these T&C. By using our Services, you consent to our handling of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, RAAM and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our liability for any breach of these T&C or under any implied warranties is limited, at our discretion, to the re-supply of the Services or a refund of the amount paid for the Services.
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RAAM does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Note on AI Technologies: RAAM is not liable for any changes in AI technologies or platforms that may impact the functionality or performance of our Services. AI systems are dynamic and may evolve over time; any such changes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for any effects these changes may have on your business.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RAAM and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your breach of these T&C.
13. Termination
RAAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you breach these T&C. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) will survive termination.
14. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
15. Changes to Terms
RAAM reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated T&C on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
